Gurabija

Potrebno je:

400 g brašna
200 g šećera
150 g maslaca
1 jaje
1 vanilin šećer
1 prašak za pecivo

Priprema:

Od navedenih sastojaka napravimo testo, koje ostavimo da se odmori pola sata. Zatim testo istanjimo na oko 1cm debljine i modlom vadimo željene oblike. Pečemo u vrućoj pećnici dok ne porumene i odmah vadimo iz pleha.
